DEPOSIT
- A $100 Dollar NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to secure your spot, at the time of booking.
- The deposit is credited towards your service.
- Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in your deposit being lost.
PAYMENT
- The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Please plan accordingly.
- Credit/Debit is accepted. When paying with a card there is a processing fee.
- Venmo & Cash App is also accepted.
- Payment Plans are available through Cherry. The link to apply is on the payment plan tab.

RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW
- If you need to reschedule, I do require a 48-hour advance notice. Otherwise, client loses booking deposit. Any reschedules under 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required.
- You may reschedule up to 2 times, after that, the deposit will be forfeited.
- No shows will result in deposit being lost and will get charged 50% service fee.
LATE POLICY
- If you are running late, please let me know ASAP. If you are more than 20 min late and I can't accommodate you, then your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit will be lost. I'm usually booked back-to-back and need full and proper time for every client. You may schedule another appointment, but another deposit booking fee will be required.
COVER UPS & CORRECTIONS
- Previous/old work is not considered a "touch up." I do not offer touch ups on other artist's work. If you have previous work, then it is considered a new correction/cover up and approval is required. I only accept these clients on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out the Brow Correction Evaluation Form to be considered.
- Corrections and Coverups start at $550, and vary based off of the condition of the brows.
DISCLAIMER
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- There are no refunds for any services that have been performed.
- This service is a 2-step process and a touch up is recommended 6 to 8 weeks after the initial treatment. This touch up will perfect, and seal in color and shape for longer lasting results and desired look.
- Touch ups are not included - price is noted on booking site according to the time frame of your initial treatment. 6–8-week touch ups are $100 and are scheduled at your first appointment. This is not available for booking online.
- Not following before and after care will compromise your results.
- No Guest due to cross contamination and interruptions. No kids, pets or extra guests, no exceptions.
- Results vary per person depending on their; skin, aftercare, lifestyle, existing brow hair, brow bone structure, and medication taken. Everyone accepts pigment and heals different - I have no control over how your brows will heal after you leave the studio.
- Permanent Makeup is an art, and not science. Clients' results will vary and I have no control of this, and the use of powder/pomade/pencil makeup may still be needed. Remember Permanent Makeup is LOW maintenance not NO maintenance.
The healing process could take up to 14 days for brows and 7 days for lip blush and eyeliner. The healing process requires no heavy sweating like going to the gym, I know it could be really hard for clients who love to work out, but you must refrain from working out or healing results will not be optimal.
